Scheduling
A: No. If it is cancelled prior to the time the reporter is at the job location, there won't be any fees charged to the scheduling party.
Q: Are there any fees if there is a no show or if the proceeding doesn't go forward and the reporter is at the job location?
A: Yes. If it is a no show or if the proceeding doesn't go forward and the reporter is at the job location, there will be a two-hour appearance fee billed to the scheduling party.
Transcripts
Q: When can I expect my transcript?
A: Standard delivery is ten business days (two weeks). You can request to have the transcript delivered earlier; however, expedited rates will apply.
Q: Can we specify we always want our transcripts to be regular, condensed (squished) or both?
A: Yes. We will make a note of your transcript preference to make sure you always get what you need every time.
Billing
A: Terms are net 30 days on all invoices.
A: Any invoice not paid within net 30 days will be charged a $20 late fee per month.
